Schedule for YMC 2010

• September 21st: Financial Aid Applications Due
• October 1st: Registration deadline. The Delegation Fee checks and Advisor Forms must be postmarked by this date in order to guarantee the school a spot.
• October 5th: The Special Programs Applications (Presidential Cabinet, Supreme Court, Press Corps) are due.
• October 21st: The Committee Assignment Forms are due.
• November 2nd: Both the Delegate Fee and delegates’ Bills are due. Bill should be submitted through the online bill submission system available on this website. Timely submission of bills is essential for students to fully participate in the conference. Bills that are not submitted to us by this date will not be included in the delegate books or be eligible for debate in Full Session. Delegates wishing to submit bills after the deadline must
  1. Submit their bills via the online system
  2. Email the bills as attached Word documents to YMC at ymc.legislation@gmail.com
  3. Bring twenty-five printed copies of the bill to their committees.
• November 4th: Room reservations must be received by the Omni Hotel. This is the Omni’s date and IS NOT FLEXIBLE. If you do not reserve your rooms with the Omni by this date you will not receive rooms at the hotel.
  
• November 16th: The Delegate Conduct Forms are due.
  
• December 2nd-5th: Yale Model Congress 2010 at Yale University in New Haven, CT
